Box Office Hours Mon-Fri 11am-5pm, Sat 12:30-5pm Phone: 617.244.0169 Fax: 617.607.6101 E-mail: boxoffice@turtlelane.org Ticket Sales Turtle Lane utilizes Cabaret-style seating, where each audience member is seated at a table for two to four, for all our Mainstage Productions and Cabaret Shows. Other seating may be available for third party performances or rental productions. Please check with the box office for more information. Regular Admission: $27.50* Premium Seats: $30.00* *Plus applicable fees. Please check with the box office for current ticketing fees. Click here to view the Turtle Lane seating chart. All ticket sales are final – no refunds. Only Subscribers may exchange their tickets for free by contacting the box office at least 24 hours prior to the performance. Other exchanges are subject to a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee (or subscriber fees as mentioned in subscriber publications). Group Sales For group sales, click here or call the box office at 617.244.0169. All orders must be in advance. Accessibility Turtle Lane Playhouse is fully wheelchair accessible. A ramp allows easy access in and out of the theater and accessible restrooms and water fountains are available in the theatre lobby. Please let the box office know in advance of your ticket purchase, if a member of your party uses a wheelchair as we have specifically designated areas of seating for wheelchair patrons. Cancellation Policy Please note that Turtle Lane Playhouse does not cancel performances due to inclement weather, except in the event of a State of Emergency. In such cases, cancellation information will be posted on our website www.turtlelane.org Children Children under the age of five are not permitted to attend Turtle Lane Players productions, but are welcome to attend any of our Summer Workshop productions. Some Turtle Lane Players productions may contain strong language and adult themes, and we suggest you request additional information from the box office when purchasing tickets. We do recommend ALL children be accompanied by an adult. Children are NOT permitted to sit on parents laps. Latecomers If you arrive after the performance has already begun, for your safety and the comfort of your fellow theatre-goers in our intimate venue, you will be seated in available seats at an appropriate point in the performance. You will be permitted to move to your assigned seats at intermission. All latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. If appropriate seats are not available you will NOT be permitted into the theater until intermission. Lost and Found: If you believe you have misplaced something in the theatre, please call 617.244-0169. Parking Turtle Lane Playhouse has its own parking lot, which can accommodate approx 25 cars( 2 handicapped spaces are available). Free street parking is also available after 6pm Mon-Sat and all day Sunday on Melrose Street, Ash St and Commonwealth Avenue. |
