TLP's 2010 Children's Summer Workshop

Now in its 8th season, The TLP Children’s Summer Workshop is a 3-week program which meets Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm for children ages 7 to 18. Early drop-off and extended care are available at an additional rate- call for more information.

Children will study acting, dance, vocal performance, stagecraft, and auditioning with experienced personnel. They will audition for a part in the endof- session show and will rehearse for that show as well as creating the sets, costumes, and props. Classes are grouped by age and ability– so children with any level of experience are welcome. They will also play games and do crafts.

Children will receive a t-shirt and one complimentary ticket to a performance. Children should bring their own lunch, bottled water, and a healthy snack. Dress should be appropriate for the weather and should allow for movement and messy activities and include proper footwear—no flip-flops, please! Children should also bring dance shoes (if they have them or sneakers).
